Do I have to issue e-invoices in Germany?
Since 2025, businesses must be able to receive e-invoices in B2B; the mandate to send them is being phased in. DasHandwerk.xhub generates compliant XRechnung and ZUGFeRD and reads incoming e-invoices.
Is DasHandwerk.xhub GoBD-compliant?
Yes. Invoice numbers are sequential, finalized invoices are locked immutably via a hash chain, and the accounting is aware of the lock.
Can my tax advisor use the data?
Yes. The accounting exports to DATEV (EXTF) and SIE — your tax advisor keeps working with the formats they know.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, GDPR-compliant. Transmission is encrypted. The service launches as Early Access.
How do I cancel?
Monthly, at the end of the month, directly in the app. You can export your data at any time.
Can I import existing data?
Customers and products can be imported via CSV/Excel; you arrange product categories via drag & drop.
