3. Data collection on this website

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Some of your data is collected because you provide it to us — e.g. via the contact form or the newsletter sign-up. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent by our IT systems when you visit the website.

4. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data, as well as a right to rectification or erasure of this data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO/GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO/GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO/GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO/GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO/GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO/GDPR)

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers within the European Union. The hosting provider processes the data on our behalf and is contractually obliged to comply with the requirements of the DSGVO (GDPR).

6. Use of the software (DasHandwerk.xhub)

When you use the DasHandwerk.xhub application, the invoicing, customer and accounting data you enter is processed in order to provide the functions of the software. Processing takes place in the EU and transmission is encrypted. Insofar as we process personal data on your behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement with you pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO (GDPR).

7. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies as well as — subject to your consent — analytics cookies. You can adjust your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

7a. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. The Google tag is loaded as soon as the page is opened, but is set to “storage disabled” by default: without your consent no cookies are set and no personal usage profiles are stored; only cookieless, aggregated signals without any personal reference are transmitted to Google. Only with your express consent are cookies set and anonymised usage data (e.g. pages visited, time spent, device information) processed. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

8. Contact form & newsletter

If you write to us via the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we store your details in order to process your enquiry or to send the newsletter. The newsletter sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure; you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

8a. Template download

If you request a download on our template pages (/vorlagen), we process your email address in order to provide the requested template and for any follow-up questions relating to it (Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO/GDPR). You are only signed up for the newsletter if you select this separately and expressly. The details are not used for any other purposes.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements.
