E-invoicing

Create e-invoices — compliant, nothing to learn

Write your invoice as usual. DasHandwerk.xhub turns it into the compliant e-invoice — XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and more.

Since 2025, businesses must be able to receive e-invoices in B2B, and the mandate to send is being phased in. Instead of learning XML standards, DasHandwerk.xhub automatically produces the right format from your normal invoice — including validation and real PDF/A-3 with embedded XML.

Since 2025, German businesses must be able to receive e-invoices; the sending mandate is being phased in. DasHandwerk.xhub generates compliant XRechnung and ZUGFeRD and reads incoming e-invoices.

Beyond Germany: formats and mandate dates for 34 countries come from a maintained country registry — including government submission on the Business plan.
