How to calculate the tiling quote
The laying price depends on the format — you calculate large formats and mosaic differently from 30×60. Name the format assumption in the quote. The substrate is the classic cost trap: include levelling and sealing as contingency items with unit prices, and there is no discussion during execution. Also clarify who supplies the tiles — customer supply changes your warranty.
