How to price a construction quote
Structure the quote by sections (earthworks, shell, fit-out) and calculate quantities from plans or measurements. Define what is NOT included (structural engineering, disposal of contaminated soil) — unclear interfaces are the most common source of change orders. Always name the contractual basis.
