How to calculate the cleaning quote
No quote without a walk-through — square metres say nothing about furnishing, soiling and walking distances. The service schedule per interval (daily/weekly/monthly) is the heart of the quote: it makes you comparable where competitors stay vague, and it is the basis for clean change orders when the site grows.
