How to price a carpentry quote
Price timber at current market rates and put a validity period in the quote — timber prices swing. Define interfaces clearly (who does the structural engineering, who the roofing?) and attach a payment plan by construction stage: material deposit, progress payment at topping-out, balance after acceptance.
