How to calculate the landscaping quote
Calculate machine hours and disposal openly — both are the items customers can least assess and most readily doubt. Seasonal windows belong in the quote (planting seasons, frost periods): they justify lead times and prevent schedule disputes. Offer next-year maintenance as an optional item — the easiest follow-up order your business has.
