How to calculate the carpentry quote
Custom work needs a deposit agreement — material for made-to-measure pieces is not returnable; 30–50% on order is customary in the trade. Show design/planning as its own item even if you credit it on order: the customer sees the value, and idea theft without an order becomes less attractive.
