How to calculate the facility-services quote
Separate the base flat rate (fixed monthly services) from on-call extras (small repairs, winter service) in the quote — the blurry line between the two is the most common dispute with property managers. Name response times for on-call services: a selling point hardly any competitor puts in writing.
