How to calculate the clearance quote
A fixed price only after inspection — the true scope hides in the basement and the attic, not in the floor area. The value credit for usable items belongs in the quote as a minus item already: it lowers the price visibly and is your differentiator against competitors who quietly take usable goods along.
E-invoicing & public contracts
Housing companies, public guardianship offices, municipalities: public clients require e-invoices (XRechnung) — built in here.
