Typical invoice items in commercial cleaning
Cleaning is usually billed as monthly flat rates per site — name site, interval and scope in the item. Show special services (deep cleaning, glass, construction cleaning) separately, or they dilute the flat rate. For private households, §35a applies to household-related services.
E-invoicing & public contracts
Schools, administrations, public buildings: public-sector cleaning contracts run on e-invoices (XRechnung) — built in here.
